- Fentanyl (Schedule IV)—400 gram mixture or more
- Heroin (Schedule I)—1 kilogram mixture or more
- LSD (Schedule I)—10 gram mixture or more
- Methamphetamine (Schedule II)—500 gram mixture or more
- PCP (Schedule II)—1 kilogram mixture or more
