Former prosecutor

Nicholas, a Tampa native, graduated from Jesuit High School in 1994. He received a degree in history from the University of South Florida in 1999 and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2003. Upon graduating from law school, Nicholas served his community as a prosecutor with the Office of the State Attorney, 13th Judicial Circuit, in Hillsborough County, where he tried numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials. In 2005, Nicholas joined his father's law practice where he dedicates his attention to representing the accused in federal and state courts in addition to helping victims of personal injury and wrongful death seek justice.
