Former prosecutor

Christina joined the Matassini Law Firm in 2008. She specializes in criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death. Christina graduated from the University of Florida with bachelor degrees in business administration, economics and classical studies in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 2003. Christina moved to the Tampa Bay area where she began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Office of the State Attorney, 13th Judicial Circuit, in Hillsborough County. During her time at the State Attorney's Office, Christina gained invaluable experience trying felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases. Today, Christina uses that experience in her criminal defense practice. Christina's experience also includes representing insurance policyholders across Florida in lawsuits against their insurers.

Christina is married to Nicholas G. Matassini.
